What is Integrative Nutrition?

Integrative nutrition is a personalized approach to whole body wellness that recognizes nutrition as the foundation for all aspects of health while considering an individual’s physical, mental, and emotional health. Integrative nutrition explores diet and exercise in the context of other health dimensions, exploring physiological, psychological, and environmental factors to help clients create sustainable diet and lifestyle changes to feel their best.

What is a health coach?

A health coach is a partner and ally who uses evidence-based conversations and strategies to engage clients in behavior change to improve their health and well-being. Similar to other coaches, a health coach empowers clients as experts on their own bodies, minds, and circumstances and helps them identify and overcome challenges and blind spots so they can excel as agents of their health.

A National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC)is a professional who has passed a rigorous examination and met specific training and experience requirements, demonstrating expertise in health coaching techniques, ethical practices, and the core competencies of the field. They are considered experts in facilitating behavior change and empowering clients to achieve their health and wellness goals.

HOw much do you charge?

I have a variety of offers designed to meet different budgets and assist clients with making meaningful shifts from the start. Program pricing is fixed and determined based on program duration, frequency of sessions, and level of contact desired outside of scheduled sessions. I also offer some engagements that bill hourly. Which Health Insurance Plans do you accept?

I currently do not participate in/accept insurance as a form of payment. You may be able to use your Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) and I encourage you to check with your employer or benefits carrier to see if my services are covered under their plan.

What Payment forms do you accept?

I currently accept electronic payment through Venmo, Zelle, and PayPal. I also accept personal checks.
